Lynda Oosterhuis specializes in landscape design services for clients interested in creating a more eco-centered landscape or outdoor space using resilient, low-water, low-maintenance, pollinator-friendly native plants.

Walla Walla Creative Co. developed a complete brand for Lynda, including logo, business papers, and signage.

The Steppe Landscapes logo features an original illustration combining attributes of several of Lynda’s favorite native plants rendered in an abstracted mid-century-modernist style.

Custom typography set in all-caps references early 20th-century hand-painted signage and a focus on craftsmanship. The color palette reinforces our local warm, dry climate and Lynda’s focus on working with it rather than against it.
