Scope of Work
Creative Brief
We begin with a creative brief — a structured process that ensures clarity and alignment before design begins. Together we’ll explore:
Goals — what success looks like for Snipes Mountain Ranch and Natural Selection Farms today and in the years ahead.
Audiences — who you’re speaking to, from wholesale buyers and retail partners to families who want quality they can trust.
Brand Voice & Personality — how each brand should feel when customers encounter it.
Visual Direction — early cues for color and style.
Key Messages — the central ideas every piece of communication should reinforce.
The result is a roadmap that guides all design work to come — making sure your logos, identity systems, displays, and packaging are consistent, intentional, and rooted in your story.
Logo Polish
We will refine two logos—one for Snipes Mountain Ranch and one for Natural Selection Farms. Each mark will be tuned for clarity, legibility, and flexibility across print, digital, and apparel.
Identity Systems
Each brand will receive a full identity kit: letterhead, envelopes, business cards, note cards, and apparel layouts. While distinct to each business, the two systems will share common elements—creating a visual family connection that strengthens both. This identity will serve as the cornerstone for all other design and marketing projects.
Backlit Trade Show Display
We will design a single-sided backlit trade show display that brings your brands to life at events. The hardware is not included. The display will be $1,985 + tax, delivered. The graphic can be swapped for just $220, allowing you to tailor messaging to different audiences at various events.
Dog Treat Packaging
We will design packaging for Snipes Mountain Ranch’s new dog treat line. This will include:
A flexible base bag design
Sticker variations with barcodes, one for each flavor
Production of bags and stickers will be quoted separately once the design is complete.
Insulated Meat Delivery Bags
We will provide a separate quote for insulated meat delivery bags for Snipes Mountain Ranch when you are ready.
Project Timeline
Week 1: Creative brief
Weeks 2–3: Logo refinements
Weeks 4–5: Identity systems design
Weeks 6–7: Trade show display and dog treat packaging design
Investment
The investment for this foundational process is $7,920, plus the cost of the backlit display hardware. The investment reflects approximately 66 hours of senior creative work at a standard $120 per hour.
Payment terms:
50% due at project start
25% on delivery of identity system proofs
25% on delivery of packaging & display design proofs
