July 31, 2025

Project Overview

Sherwood Trust has an extraordinary impact on the Walla Walla Valley, supporting nonprofits, fostering leadership, and creating a sense of belonging in the community. This project will modernize your brand and website, providing a cohesive visual identity, streamlined communication tools, and resources for grant applicants. Our goal is to reflect your mission of collaboration, equity, and community empowerment in every touchpoint.

We propose a comprehensive brand and website redesign package that includes:

  1. Visual brand refresh with logo, stationery, and garment designs.

  2. Squarespace website redesign with a mobile‑first approach.

  3. A professionally designed 40‑page grant applicant info booklet.

Our goal is to ensure Sherwood Trust has a professional, approachable, and future‑ready presence both online and in print.

Creative Brief Process

Before beginning design work, we will develop a detailed creative brief to align the project with your goals and audience. This process includes:

  1. Stakeholder Discovery Session – We meet with your team to understand your mission, values, and communication priorities.

  2. Audience & Brand Assessment – Identify primary and secondary audiences, key messaging, and desired brand perception.

  3. Competitive & Peer Review – Evaluate similar foundations to highlight opportunities for differentiation.

  4. Summary Brief Document – Deliver a concise guide that informs logo design, website layout, and print collateral.

This upfront process ensures that all creative work is strategic, cohesive, and aligned with your goals.
