Vision Statement

East Alder Table is more than a restaurant — it’s an experience.

Every evening, the lights go up on something new: a different chef, a different cuisine, a different story told through food. From comforting classics to daring explorations, each night is a ticketed event, designed to surprise, delight, and connect.

  • We believe dining should feel like discovery.

  • We believe anticipation is part of the meal.

  • We believe Walla Walla deserves a place where variety, creativity, and community come together at the table.

East Alder Table is that place. A stage where food is the performance, and every seat is the best in the house.

Project Overview

To support this vision, East Alder Table needs more than a logo or website. You need a brand system that feels as dynamic as your concept, professional business materials that inspire confidence, and a digital platform that sells tickets seamlessly while capturing the imagination of your guests. Walla Walla Print Co. specializes in building these foundations for ambitious ventures — blending strategic thinking, strong design, and practical execution.

Scope of Work

1. Creative Brief Process

We’ll begin by building a creative brief — a practical roadmap that guides every design and communication choice. Our process ensures clarity and alignment at every step. It includes:

  • Project Goals – What success looks like at launch and in the years ahead.

  • Audience – Identifying your primary diners, from local food lovers to visiting wine tourists.

  • Brand Personality & Voice – Capturing the adventurous, welcoming tone of East Alder Table.

  • Visual Direction – Establishing colors, typography, and imagery that reflect your vision.

  • Competitive Landscape – Positioning East Alder Table uniquely in the region.

  • Key Messages – Big ideas to anchor all guest communications.

The completed brief becomes the touchstone for the project, ensuring your brand feels intentional, consistent, and uniquely yours.

2. Logo Design – Three Options

A strong logo is more than decoration — it’s the shorthand for everything you stand for. We’ll explore three creative directions that balance:

  • Flexibility – Works across signage, menus, apparel, and digital spaces.

  • Memorability – Captures the spirit of East Alder Table.

  • Timelessness – Designed to endure and grow with your concept.

We’ll refine the chosen direction into a full logo system and provide you with all the logo assets you need.

3. Business Identity Package

Consistency across touchpoints builds trust and elevates perception. Deliverables include:

  • Stationery System – Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and greeting cards.

  • Digital Tools – A polished, mobile-friendly email signature.

  • Apparel – Branded hats, jackets, and shirts to reinforce the brand in staff and guest interactions.

Each piece will be created as part of a unified system, ensuring cohesion across physical and digital channels.

Beyond these initial pieces, the identity package establishes the visual foundation for all future applications — signage, menus, website, social media, and more.

4. Website Development

The website will be East Alder Table’s most important front door — designed as both a marketing tool and a seamless ticketing platform.

Key features:

  • Rotating Menus & Chef Spotlights – Highlighting variety and creativity with bold imagery and storytelling.

  • Ticketing Integration – A streamlined, reliable ticket purchase process.

  • Responsive Design – Optimized for mobile while polished on desktop.

  • Search & Sharing – SEO-friendly structure and social media integration.

  • Scalability – Built to adapt as East Alder Table grows and evolves.

This site will not only sell tickets — it will position East Alder Table as a destination brand, generating excitement and loyalty.

Design Approach

Our work balances clarity, consistency, and flexibility. For East Alder Table, that means creating a brand system that feels cohesive across signage, menus, website, and apparel, while leaving room for variety as chefs and cuisines change. Every design choice will tell the story of anticipation and discovery, ensuring the guest experience begins the moment they encounter your brand.
